At Posse, we’re a small but mighty crew building apps people actually use — and love. Right now, our two live products couldn’t be more different:

Inshallah: a dating app with millions of users and a clear mission: help people connect, engage, and stay.
Dygest: our baby, an app for non-fiction book summaries, still finding its voice and ready for bold experiments.

We’re moving fast. Sometimes too fast. Which is why we’re looking for two key players to join the team — the kind of people who don’t just do a job, but shape the future of what we’re building.

1. The Product Builder
You think in experiments, not endless specs. You can take a hunch, turn it into a test, launch it, and see what the numbers say — all in the same week. You live in that sweet spot between product, growth, and data. You’re curious, scrappy, and allergic to “that’s not my job.

2. The Growth Engineer
You love making the numbers move. Whether it’s an onboarding flow, a push notification, or a paywall redesign — you want to test it, measure it, and scale it. You’re part marketer, part engineer, and part data detective.

3. Mobile App Front-End Developer (React Native)
You’ll craft seamless, high-performance mobile experiences for our flagship apps, from scaling a dating app used by millions to building an engaging book-summary platform from the ground up.
